The clock was finally delivered today..The packing was superb..even the crates were carefully lined!..(I can live in one of them if I continue my spending habits..the long coffin one we
are going to use for Dracula for Halloween).

It's set up and running, and ticks beautifully..my husband has already
muted the bell somewhat..you should have seen Tuppence the bulldog, she hasn't
recovered yet. 

Anyway I just love it. think its gorgeous and I can't believe how fast the
transaction was from start to finish. I also can't believe I got such a
beautiful clock for such a reasonable price..

Thank you Julie, so much!..the best compliment I can give you is that I
told my husband this is one transaction that I won't worry about because I have
such faith in Julie & Dragon Antiques.

You did thank me for my comments about how nice you are to work with.  I sincerely do mean that you have made this an easy process and you are great a communicating all the steps along the way.  I haven't once felt like I didn't know what was going on.  Great job.  

I did hear from the forwarding agents here in Seattle this last friday.  I completed the forms and faxed them to the forwarding agent and they are going to schedule the clocks arrival at my home this Tuesday.  As you can imagine I cant wait to see it in person.  I will let you know once it arrives here safe and sound.  

Thanks for all your work, I will happily recommend your shop to all my friends in Seattle.

Hello Julie!  We have just returned from our vacation to find a nice package waiting.  I opened your very well wrapped package with great anticipation and was thrilled when I saw the spoons!  They are really beautiful and I am delighted.  I hope that I will be able to purchase other items from you soon and then come and see you to tell you what a happy customer I am!  I know you will be hearing more from me and that you will keep me in mind when you receive other rat tail spoons.  I think that style is especially nice.

the clock is here.  It arrived in great condition - just as you had described it.  The packing was first rate so there was no chance of any damage in transit.  The delivery people did a good job with them unpacking the clock and removing any unwanted packing material. I don't have the clock set up yet - that is the next task. Please feel free to use me as a "character witness" should anyone else require references.

Mr. Hallam is now back on track!  Actually, my neighbor and I put him back
together without a glitch.  He is now keeping very accurate time and
stands proudly in my living room.  His glass has been cleaned, the beautiful wood
case dusted off and I am admiring his beauty.  I am very pleased with my
decision and must thank you for ensuring his safe delivery.  This is one
of the best examples I have seen in such wonderful condition.  The few people
that have seen him so far have complimented my decision.  Please give my
best to the packers as well; very impressive.  I will keep my eyes on your
website for future temptations.  If I can manage to borrow a digital camera from
work, I will send you some photos of Mr. Hallam in his new American home.

Dealing with Dragon Antiques reminds me of stepping back in time.  Back to when Antique shops were filled with treasures that were affordable.  Your prices are very reasonable.  Welcome to the 21st Century!

I absolutely love your web page and check it twice a week for new additions.  Your web page is easy to use and very nicely laid out.  The listings on ebay are very nice as well.  Anybody who does not have a computer is living in the past!

Packing is marvelous, I especially love the little boxes so beautifully decorated.  These are saved and reused for very special gifts!
